Speaker Biography

Robert I Rotberg is the Founding Director of the Harvard Kennedy School Program on Intrastate Conflict, President Emeritus of the World Peace Foundation, former president of Lafayette College, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

He is the author of the forthcoming "Transformative Political Leadership: Making a Difference in the Developing World", which includes studies of Mandela, Seretse Khama, and Lee Kuan Yew (among others, including contemporary figures) as leaders.

Entrance for non-members is R30 or R15 on presentation of a current student identity card. Parking is freely available behind the building after 17:00.
