Research AssociateIsaac Idun-Arkhurst is a Gates Scholar and a doctoral student at the Centre of International Studies at the University of Cambridge. He has research interests in the politics of the Third World and comparative political economy. His current research investigates the implications for African development and diplomacy of China's new Africa strategy. Isaac previously studied for MA and MPhil in International Relations and a BA (Honours) in English. He currently works with the London office of Africapractice, a communications and investment consultancy, as research analyst and previously taught Postcolonial Literature at the University of Ghana and Writing at Northeastern University in Boston.
