Mo Ibrahim Index: Measuring Governance in Africa


The 2016 Mo Ibrahim Index was released earlier this month.

The index – which provides an annual assessment of governance in African countries – has revealed that governance across the African continent has improved with countries such as Liberia and Ivory Coast being the most improved, but how much of a significant change will this have on the continent?
