Navigating Global Economic Headwinds and Tailwinds: New Directions for Industrial and Trade Policy

 

The TRADE research entity at the North-West University and SAIIA jointly held a workshop on 'Navigating Global Economic Headwinds and Tailwinds: New Directions for Industrial and Trade Policy'.

The workshop was staged under the auspices of the WTO Chairs Programme, which is now into its second year at the University. The workshop was highly informative, with policy experts and other well-known industry figures speaking on the changes taking place in the global economy and the implications thereof for industrial and trade policy, both in South Africa and the surrounding region.
